For set course reservations
When cancelled one day before the day of the reservation: Cancellation fee of 50%
When cancelled on the day of the reservation: Cancellation fee of 100%
 
In the case of reservations for groups of 10 or more people,
in addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged
for cancellations made 6 days or less before the day of the reservation.
 
Reservations for seating only
When cancelled one day before the day of the reservation:
Cancellation fee of 5,000 yen per person
When cancelled on the day of the reservation:
Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per person
 
In the case of reservations for groups of 10 or more people,
in addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen per person
will be charged for cancellations made 6 days or less
before the day of the reservation.
 
*Cancellation fee will not be charged if it is difficult for customers to arrive due to interruption of public transportation or bad weather.
*Same cancellation fee will be charged if there is a reduction in the number of people.
*As the seating is limited, please contact us beforehand by telephone if there is an increase in the number of people.
*When multiple reservations have been made within a certain time period, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
