Our devotion to meat
Since our main meat dishes are grilled over charcoal fire, we carefully select Kobe beef, Matsuzaka beef, and other long-term fattened varieties that can provide a sufficiently powerful flavor to transcend the aroma of the charcoal.
While utilizing our knowledge of beef from our Ukai-tei teppanyaki locations, we work alongside producers from the cattle rearing stage and make daily efforts to deepen and enhance our research into beef.

For set course reservations
When cancelled one day before the day of the reservation: Cancellation fee of 50%
When cancelled on the day of the reservation: Cancellation fee of 100%
In the case of reservations for groups of 8 or more people,
in addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged
for cancellations made 6 days or less before the day of the reservation.
*Cancellation fee will not be charged if it is difficult for customers to arrive due to interruption of public transportation or bad weather.
*Same cancellation fee will be charged if there is a reduction in the number of people.
*As the seating is limited, please contact us beforehand by telephone if there is an increase in the number of people.
*When multiple reservations have been made within a certain time period, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
