we collaborate closely with handpicked producers — starting from the cattle-raising stage —

Our main meat dishes are slowly grilled over Tosa binchotan charcoal,
and for that reason, we carefully select beef with deep, bold flavor that can stand up to the rich aroma of the charcoal.
